Question 1

How is the online price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your price is based on the type of clean, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of your home, and any extras you choose. What you see is what we will charge for the details you entered. If the home turns out to be very different from what was described, we will talk to you before starting.

Question 2

Why do commercial jobs need a bid?

Accepted Answer

Commercial spaces vary too much for a fair online price. Square footage, foot traffic, restroom count, flooring, and schedule all change the scope. We do a walkthrough and send a written proposal, usually within two business days.

Question 3

Do I have to sign a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Recurring plans are pay-as-you-go and you can pause, reschedule, or cancel any time.

Question 4

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay after your clean is complete. We will send an invoice once the job is done.

Question 5

Do you bring your own supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our crews bring all of the supplies and equipment. If you prefer a particular product, or eco-friendly products only, just let us know.

Question 6

What if I am not happy with something?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the area at no charge. That is our Complete Clean guarantee.

Question 7

Will I get the same cleaners each time?

Accepted Answer

We do everything we can to send the same crew to recurring clients. They learn your home and how you like things done.

Question 8

Do you clean homes with pets?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Just let us know when booking so we can bring the right vacuum attachments, and tell us if any pets need to be kept in a room.

Question 9

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

A few days' notice is usually enough. Move-out and post-construction cleans book up quickly at the end of the month, so book those as early as you can.

Question 10

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Dallas and the surrounding DFW suburbs, including Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Garland, Allen, McKinney, Mesquite, Rowlett, and the Park Cities. If you are close by but not listed, ask us.

Question 11

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice and we will find a new time that works for you.
